Initial Starter Block:

2 x 1-to-1 Individual Consultations
Before working together as a couple, we begin with two private consultations, one for each individual. This allows both of you to explore personal concerns or stressors that may be affecting your communication. Life challenges, work stress, or personal anxiety can all spill over into your relationship, and this space gives you the chance to talk openly, without the pressure of your partner being present. This initial investment in private sessions allows us to understand your individual experiences and how they may be impacting your interactions as a couple.
Confidentiality is key: All discussions during your individual consultations are strictly confidential and covered by GDPR. What is shared between you and me will remain private. Any information that is shared with the other party will only be what both you and I agree is appropriate to share. This ensures a safe and trusting space where you can express yourself without fear of judgment or blame.

Joint Session (1hr 20 minutes)

Establishing Expectations & Moving Forward
After the individual consultations, we will meet for a joint session, lasting 1 hour and 20 minutes. This extended time is dedicated to discussing how you both want your communication to improve and what success would look like for you as a couple. This is not a time for blaming or rehashing past arguments, but rather a space to focus on the future—on how you both want things to change and how you can work together to make those changes possible. Following this conversation, the remainder of the session will consist of solution-focused talking therapy, followed by hypnotherapy, designed to help you both implement positive changes in your communication. Second Joint Session (Normal Length, 1hr)
After the first joint session, we’ll meet again for another regular joint session. This session will continue to focus on building communication skills and reinforcing the positive shifts you've started to make. Ongoing Support: 4-Week Block of Joint Sessions
After the initial work, if you’re both committed to continuing, you can purchase a 4-week block of joint sessions. These sessions are designed to ensure you’re continuing to communicate respectfully and productively, without distress or anger. This ongoing support is where we refine the skills and techniques you need to ensure lasting, positive changes.
