Finding the right therapist matters, and it starts with getting a sense of who they are. I’m Laura Wiltshire, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Bath, working with clients across the UK and internationally. My approach is calm and future-focused, helping people understand their brain, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier, more resilient ways of thinking.
I trained with CPHT Bristol, gaining the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) and the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH). My BSc in Psychology gives my work a strong scientific grounding, and I’m also a qualified Hypnobirthing Therapist, supporting expectant parents to feel confident and at ease.
I’m registered with the CNHC and I’m a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I also hold an Advanced DBS certificate, allowing me to work safely with children and vulnerable people.
Now practising in Bath, I help people move forwards with clarity, confidence and long-term change.
